🌟 The Foundation 🌟

This program is designed for middle school athletes (ages 11-14). 


  The Foundation is a comprehensive program designed specifically for middle school athletes to build strong, healthy habits that support long-term success in sports and life. Centered around three core pillars—movement, nutrition, and mental resiliency—the program provides structured physical activities to develop strength, coordination, and confidence. It teaches the importance of balanced nutrition to fuel performance and growth, while also offering tools to build mental toughness, focus, and self-belief.  The Foundation aims to support young athletes develop the mindset and habits they need to thrive both in the game and in life.

🌟 Kids Yoga: Growing Strong in Mind & Body! 🧘‍♂️🌱

Join us for a fun and inspiring Kids Yoga Class where we’ll explore movement, mindfulness, and the power of a growth mindset! Through playful yoga poses, breathing exercises, movement, and FUN, kids will learn that challenges help us grow, mistakes are part of learning, and effort leads to progress.

One message we passionately believe in is teaching children and adults to keep their superpower!  You are in control of your body, your actions,  and your emotions.  In a world where it is very easy to feel overwhelmed, yoga concepts encourage self-awareness, personal responsibility, confidence, and self-esteem with the intention of carrying these with you in the ripple effect you create in the world.
