As the quote goes, “You don’t stop playing because you grow old; you grow old because you stop playing.” We also believe in the yoga philosophy of the mind, body, and spirit being one. We value the importance of taking care of all three because everything we think, feel, and do relates to our well-being and directly affects our actions and emotions.
